Fox Group orders will be delivered via DPD and DHL.
Not going to be in or need your parcel delivering to another location? Fox customers can now amend their delivery details In-flight. For added flexibility, our customers can:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pick-up Shop
- Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday
All UK orders placed before 3pm (Monday – Friday) will be sent out Next Day before 12pm with DPD (excluding Sundays / Bank Holidays). The NEXT DAY Delivery option is subject to location.
If you change the delivery address on the DPD app on the day that the parcel is due to be delivered then we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be sent to the amended address, due to collection timeslots.
For European and overseas please allow between 3 – 5 working days for your products to arrive, as standard.
Over 98% of parcels dispatched using DPD and DHL will arrive on time, but inevitably there are times when the third-party couriers may fail to deliver. Under such circumstances, Fox Group International cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery.
