Can I cancel my order?

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for the cancellation of products or services required. Notification for instance, in person, via email or via telephone, or any other means will be accepted, subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
